LM3S is a technical center specialized in global management of the after-sales service department
Electronic appliance, personal and professional / Computer
Established in 1992 in order to provide maintenance for an important computer manufacturer's terminals, LM3S has insured its development in the monitor world.
When it joined in 2001 a group of companies from the same industry, it strengthened its position on the market. Several main manufacturers then entrusted it with a part or their whole monitor after-sales service department.
Since that, the convergence of technologies and the evolution of the competences have permitted LM3S to move towards the TV world, more particularly to the Plasmas and LCDs flat screens. New skills have also been developped and introduced, such as the treatment of consummers calls, or on-site service.
Nowadays, LM3S offers global solutions for after-sales management of both personal and professional electronic products.
